Overflex – rubber overlays for concrete edges. Additional protection and high aesthetics. The appropriate shape of the overlays aligns the terrain with the rubber plates, creating a safe and durable surface.
The dimensions of the overlays correspond to the standard dimensions of concrete curbs with a width of 8 cm or 6 cm.

Overflex rubber pads are used wherever the rubber surface is covered with a concrete curb – on playgrounds, outdoor gyms, recreational areas and sports fields.
Rubber overlays protect against abrasions and falls caused by protruding concrete edges. After selecting the appropriate dimensions of the product, the edges are level with the rubber surface, which increases the safety of fun and recreation.
Overflex overlays are made of SBR granules – a flexible material, resistant to abrasion and weather conditions, which additionally absorbs possible falls, protecting against injuries. We can make a product with the addition of EPDM rubber granules.

OVERFLEX rubber pads are available in 5 color versions – black, red, green, gray, blue. Thanks to the modern technology of dyeing the granules, the color does not rub off, does not fade from the sun or snow, and is intense for many seasons.

INSTALLATION METHODS
The installation of rubber pads is very simple – just choose the right size and stick the pad to the concrete edge with polyurethane glue. In case of problems, write to us, we will advise which product to choose!
